Dr. Berardi has proudly served as the Principal of Kissel Hill Elementary since 2014. Previously he has served students in public education since 2006 in the capacity of 2nd grade teacher, 4th grade teacher, 6th grade teacher (middle school setting), and special educator.
Dr. Berardi’s education consists of an Educational Doctorate Degree in Academic Administration from Immaculata University (2015), a Master’s Degree in Teaching, Curriculum, and Leadership from Pennsylvania State University (2010), and dual Bachelor of Science Degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education from Millersville University (2005). He maintains active certifications in the areas of Elementary Education (K-6), Special Education (PK-12), Elementary and Secondary Administration, and holds a Pennsylvania Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility.
Dr. Berardi resides in Mount Joy, PA with his wife, Melissa and their daughter, Cella.
