Hello! I would like to tell you a little about myself. I am originally from Altoona, PA. My family moved to Lititz when I was in ninth grade and I graduated from Warwick High School. I then graduated from Shippensburg University with degrees in Elementary and Early Childhood Education and did my graduate work at Millersville University in Reading and Language Arts. Before coming to Kissel Hill, I taught in the Palmyra School District from 1996-2003. After teaching first grade for seventeen years, this is my seventh year in kindergarten. I LOVE teaching and hope to share my love of learning with all of my students.
On a personal note, I live in Ephrata with my children Sarah and Christopher and our very energetic dog Buddy Sheckart. We love to spend time outside and at the beach. I also enjoy reading and drawing and spending time with my family and friends.
