Mr. Heriberto Cordero assumed the role of Principal at Kissel Hill Elementary School in January 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Principal of ER Martin School in the School District of Lancaster for two years and as the Principal of Fair Haven School in New Haven, CT, for 6 years.
His educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Biology and a master's degree in Teaching from Quinnipiac University, as well as a Sixth-Year Degree in Educational Administration from Southern CT State University.
Mr. Cordero resides in Lititz with his wife and their two children. He is enthusiastic about continuing to cultivate a positive school culture, fostering collaboration among families, students, and teachers to ensure exceptional learning experiences for all students. He is grateful for the opportunity to serve as the Principal of KHE and looks forward to continuing its tradition of excellence, student wellness, and pride.
