On April 30, the Warwick High School Envirothon team competed in the Lancaster County Envirothon, fielding three teams in this academically rigorous competition.
Envirothon challenges students to demonstrate their knowledge in five key areas of environmental science: natural resources, forestry, aquatics, soils, and wildlife, along with a rotating current issue topic.
The team “Lil Bugs” earned first place in the wildlife station, while “Hellbenders” took first place in the forestry station and secured an impressive second place overall in the county competition.
