Warwick is seeking input from our community for the American Rescue Plan Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief III (ARP ESSER III) funding via a survey.
We had a concern that an 'open' survey would allow individuals or groups to respond multiple times, disproportionally skewing the results. To maintain fairness and to have each individual submit a single response, we needed a way to validate participants without associating their identity to their responses. This is why we went with using Google as the authentication source; this process only allows one survey response for each Google account in the hopes of getting a more accurate sampling from the community.
You can make a Google account for free, and you don't need to create an entirely new email account. Just click here to create a new account and select the option to "Use my current email address instead,” and enter your current email address. Again, this makes you a unique and authenticated user without giving you another email address to track. Should you need assistance with a google account, please email support@warwicksd.org. Otherwise, a paper copy can be obtained and completed at the Warwick School District office.
