I have been a nurse since 2010, first as a licensed practical nurse and then in 2014 I graduated with my Associate's degree in Nursing. As a Registered nurse I have an extensive nursing background working in the hospital setting for many years. Some of the areas I have worked in include pediatrics, mental health, neuroscience, and trauma medical-surgical nursing.
I made the transition to school nursing in 2021 while still working in at the hospital on occasion as part of the float pool staff working wherever I was needed in the hospital. I have worked all grade levels as a school nurse. In 2023, I completed my Bachelor's degree in nursing and then in 2026 I completed my certification as a school nurse while pursuing my master's degree.
I am very excited to be back in the Warwick School District, as this is where I attended school as a child and now my children are students here. I am excited to work with all of you and to be able to give back to the community that has been such an important part of my life.
