Miss Speece is passionate about inspiring young leaders through business education, a path she chose after being influenced by her high school business teacher and FBLA adviser.
In addition to teaching, Miss Speece is the Human Resources NCO for the Medical Readiness Detachment in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. She is also working toward obtaining a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology at Commonwealth University.
