Biography

I came to Warwick School District 16 years ago where I have been part of the biology department since I arrived. Throughout my career, I have taught all levels of biology, but I currently only teach the college prep version.  I also teach two semester classes,  Honors Genetics and Wildlife Management I.  When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family; My husband Dan, and my three children - Lexi (19), Savanna (13), and Jacob (8).  We love to spend time outdoors camping and hiking as well as getting together with our extended family.  In addition to my human family, we have a rather large fur family that includes 3 dogs, 2 cats, 1 rabbit, and a hamster.  Our scaly pets live in the classroom where they are utilized as living examples for the Wildlife class.  This gamut includes a handful of fish, a turtle, a snake, 2 leopard geckos, and a bearded dragon.
