Our "Core Team" is made up of four school office positions. These four positions include the principal, a school counselor, a school psychologist, and an academic learning facilitator. While our responsibilities and roles often overlap, my main focus is academics. As my title implies, my job is to facilitate the learning process here at Kissel Hill. Other school districts may refer to this position as an instructional coach. My role can also be viewed as the academic counterpart to a school counselor. Where Mrs. Mathin supports social and emotional needs, I work with our teachers to support academic growth. My goal each year is simple. I strive to work with our teachers, students, and parents to design a "just-right" learning path for each and every Kissel Hill student!
