Biography

After serving as the Acting Superintendent for the 2024-2025 school year, Dr. Szobocsan has transitioned back to his role as Assistant Superintendent for the 2025-2026 school year. He is excited to continue working alongside the amazing leadership team, teachers, and staff at Warwick.

The 2025-2026 school year will be Dr. Szobocsan's third year as Assistant Superintendent and his twelfth school year at Warwick. He previously served as the Director of Secondary Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, as the principal of Warwick Middle School for over six school years, and as an assistant principal at the high school. He thoroughly enjoys being a part of the amazing team and community at Warwick.

Prior to coming to Warwick, he was an administrator and teacher in the Lower Dauphin School District in Dauphin County.

Dr. Szobocsan resides in Lititz with his wife, Kristy, and their children. In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, watching his children compete/perform, and participating in sports.
