My name is Mr. Ryan Stitzel. I graduated high school from Fleetwood Area High School in Berks County. I graduated from DeSales University with a Bachelors of Arts in History with a Secondary Education Teaching Certificate. I did my student teaching at Easton High School in Lehigh County. I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in August of 2009 and after achieving the rank of Sergeant I was accepted into the Enlisted Commissioning Program to become a Marine Corps Field Artillery Officer. I served in units all across the United States and went abroad numerous times. I completed my military career in August of 2025 and began substitute teaching at 13 school districts in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties during the 2025-2026 school year. Warwick quickly rose to the top and I applied for this LTS position at the conclusion of the 2025 school year. I am married to my wife Stephanie for 15 years and have 3 children, Parker (son), Cooper (son), and Brooke (daughter). We live in Lancaster, PA and my children are in the Hempfield School District. On my personal time I enjoy sports, specifically lacrosse, cross country, track and field, and football and all things outdoors such as hiking, camping, backpacking and traveling. I am beyond excited to be part of the incredible team at Warwick High School and look to make this my permanent home as I begin my new career in education.
