Raised in Lancaster county, Mr. Epler was excited to return to Lancaster after living and attending undergraduate and graduate school in Pittsburgh, when he began his professional teaching career in 2005 in the Eastern Lancaster County School District. At Garden Spot he taught middle and high school social studies, was a middle school team facilitator, Social Studies Department Head, and Social Studies Curriculum Specialist. For many years he also served as a Cross Country coach and Head Track and Field coach. Mr. Epler has piloted new programming through the College Board and has been a College Board Reader. He is always excited to learn!
Mr. Epler lives in Lititz with his wife, and two children. He enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, cooking, and rooting for his favorite Philadelphia and Pittsburgh sports teams. Mr. Epler is grateful to join the Warwick family and looks forward to supporting each learner in a safe environment where they may thrive to grow academically and personally as a young adults; ultimately, striving to become the best version of themselves.
