As per the Omnibus School Code legislation, Act 82 of 2012, the Warwick School Board is required to post the mutually agreed to objective performance standards included in the contracts of the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents. The formal written performance assessment of the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents occurs in May of each school year, with mid-year reviews occurring in January. Dr. Hershey and Dr. Calender have met these performance standards consistently during each year of employment.
