Course Description
Concert Band is the “big band” at WMS and is comprised of all woodwind, brass, and percussion instruments, as well as string bass and piano as needed. The band performs two concerts throughout the year and at our annual "Legends" marching band competition. The ensemble rehearses during flex period on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The band plays a diverse repertoire of music including marches, symphonies, new literature, and occasionally vocal and orchestral literature.
