AP Statistics helps students develop the skills to think critically about data. Throughout the course, students learn how to ask meaningful questions, collect and analyze data, understand variability, and draw evidence-based conclusions. By working with real-world contexts, students build confidence in interpreting results and communicating their reasoning. The course emphasizes problem solving, collaboration, and preparing students for the Advanced Placement Statistics Examination and future academic or career pathways involving data. A TI-84 graphing calculator is required.
