Course Description
AP Studio Art is a yearlong course that is broken down into three main sections: Breadth, Concentration and Quality. Through the production of art in these three categories students will develop an understanding of personal style, voice and vision in their work as well as build a portfolio which will prepare them for college admissions, competitions and completing the Collegeboard AP Studio Art exam for potential college credit. This course is designed for art students that are planning on attending art college and/or are interested in academic rigor through a studio art course.
