Team Sports (sem)

Course Description


 

Team Sports will incorporate the health and skill related components of fitness into team activities.  The focus would be on developing and practicing skills, learning game strategies and working on teamwork. The objectives of this course would focus on team communication and cooperation, as well as the physical and social benefits of participating in the sports. Units will include football, ultimate Frisbee, soccer, broomball, speedball, and basketball.
