WHS Outstanding Singers Selected


Twenty outstanding Warwick High School vocal students have been selected by auditions to participate in the one day 2017-2018 LLMEA County Chorus Festival to be hosted by Warwick School District on Saturday, February 3, 2018. 

 

The 2018 Festival will be held at Warwick High School where Mrs. Debra Kline-Smith will be the Host Director.  The Guest Conductor for this year’s Festival will be Mr. Jonathan Kreamer from the West Chester area. 

 

A public performance will be presented at 5:30 p.m. in the WHS Performing Arts Center on February 3, 2018.  More information will be available closer to the concert date.

 

Those chosen are as follows: (Row 1 – l to r) Heather Mitchell, Madeline Grisbacher, Kennedy Behm, Amelia Fair, Akash Banerjee, Kelly Bosis, Madison Felpel, (Row 2 – l to r) Rebekah George, Isabella Goss, Alaina Fry, Katherine Bender, Lauren Epps, Anastasia Kissinger, Row 3 – l to r) Derek Knudson, Brett Knudson, Andrew McCracken, Josiah McCracken, Johnathan Stephenson, Jacob Lingenfelter.  Missing from the picture:  Daniel Bjanes


According to Mrs. Kline-Smith, Warwick's Choral Director, “This honor rewards many long hours of practice.  These students have been working on this music since May of this past school year. They will now move on to the District level of competition on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Central York High School, in York, PA"
