WHS Wins Top Honors in TEAMS


Three Warwick Technology Student Association (TSA) teams participated in the 20th Annual Tests of Engineering Aptitude, Mathematics and Science (TEAMS) competition hosted at Warwick High on Tuesday, February 28, 2017.

Congratulations to the WHS Sophomore team who won the Junior Varsity Division and the WHS Senior team who won the Varsity Division.

The TEAMS test is a challenging engineering test in which students work together to solve multiple choice problems, write essays, and compete in a hands-on design challenge related to a theme.

Schools participating in this year’s competition included: Germantown Academy, Lampeter-Strasburg High School, J.P. McCaskey High School, Penn Manor High School, and Warwick High School.

This year's theme was “Engineering and the Environment.”

The Sophomore Team- JV Winners included:
Nic Altenderfer, Abbi Knouse, Evan Troop, Garrett Springer, Jack Mull, Liam Blevins, Justin Jolin, and Oliver Lance



The Junior Team included:  
Nate Martin, Eric Matt, Jason Ciampaglia, Montanna Lutz, Reilly Meyer, Brigham Rhoads, Clayton Mohler, and Evan Clark



The Senior Team - Varsity Winners included:
Maddie Harmes, Nate Daimler, Ethan Moyer, Alec Winpenny, Shohini Banerjee, Collin Heckman, Caleb Christner, and Alex Myers
