Welcome!  I am the school counselor assisting those students with last names starting with L - R.  

Certified in both elementary and secondary guidance counseling, I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from The Pennsylvania State University, University Park and a Master of Education degree in Counselor Education from Millersville University.  There I earned certification in both the elementary and secondary level.

My work experience includes over 20 years as a school counselor.  I have worked at Warwick for the past 9 years in both the elementary and secondary setting.  I spent 3 years at Bonfield Elementary School as a Learning Facilitator/School Counselor.  There, I was responsible for introducing and coordinating school - wide positive behavior intervention and support and in January of 2011 our team was formally recognized by the Pennsylvania State Department of Education.   Prior to Bonfield, I was a School Counselor at Warwick High School and Eastern Lebanon County School District in the elementary, middle and high school settings. 

 
My career journey has provided me with lots of variety.  I was  fortunate to have spent many years working as a social worker the community agency setting in Lancaster, as a hospital geriatric social worker in Scottsdale, Arizona, a retail store manager for Edwin-David's in Chicago, Illinois and a golf shop assistant at Medinah Country Club also in Chicago.  A Lancaster native,  I reside in neighboring Manheim Township with my husband and two children.
